MORAL CLARITY

Disclaimer

Effective June 27, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to moralclarity.com and to the articles, videos, podcasts, downloads, commentary, interviews, resources, forms, and other content published by Moral Clarity.

By using this website or engaging with Moral Clarity content, you acknowledge and accept the provisions stated below.

1. Educational and Informational Content

Moral Clarity provides biblical reflection, civic education, cultural commentary, historical analysis, moral reasoning, and discussion of matters affecting public life.

The information presented through this website, its programs, and its related platforms is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Moral Clarity content should not be treated as a substitute for individualized professional guidance.

2. No Legal Advice

Nothing published by Moral Clarity constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or should be relied upon as a legal opinion concerning a specific situation.

Laws, regulations, court decisions, election rules, and government policies may change and may apply differently depending on the facts, jurisdiction, and circumstances involved.

Anyone facing a legal question should consult a qualified attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.

3. No Financial, Tax, Medical, or Professional Advice

Moral Clarity does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

Any discussion of finances, health, law, public policy, personal conduct, or related matters is general in nature. Decisions requiring specialized knowledge should be made in consultation with an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Biblical and Theological Commentary

Moral Clarity approaches public life from a Christian biblical worldview. Scripture is discussed for teaching, moral reasoning, discipleship, cultural analysis, and public engagement.

Biblical interpretation may involve theological judgment and application. Christians, churches, denominations, scholars, and ministers may reach different conclusions concerning particular texts or issues.

Moral Clarity encourages viewers and readers to study Scripture carefully, consider its historical and literary context, seek godly counsel, and exercise responsible discernment.

5. Editorial Opinions

Commentary published by Moral Clarity may contain opinions, interpretations, conclusions, criticism, analysis, and moral judgments.

These views reflect the perspective of the individual speaker, writer, guest, or contributor unless a statement expressly identifies itself as an official organizational position.

The appearance of a guest or contributor does not mean that Moral Clarity endorses every opinion, statement, organization, publication, product, or activity associated with that person.

6. No Automatic Representation of Other Organizations

Views expressed through Moral Clarity do not automatically represent the views of any church, denomination, college, university, employer, ministry, nonprofit organization, political party, candidate, government body, or other institution with which a host, guest, contributor, or participant may be associated.

Any official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or institutional relationship will be identified expressly when applicable.

7. Political and Civic Commentary

Moral Clarity discusses candidates, elected officials, political parties, legislation, government conduct, public policy, elections, constitutional principles, and civic responsibility.

Discussion of a person, party, policy, or political position does not automatically constitute an endorsement or opposition.

Moral Clarity seeks to evaluate public questions through biblical principles, moral reasoning, constitutional limits, verifiable evidence, and the responsibilities of citizenship.

Visitors remain responsible for conducting their own research, reviewing current election requirements, and making their own civic and voting decisions.

8. Accuracy and Currency of Information

Moral Clarity makes reasonable efforts to use accurate information and, where practical, to consult Scripture, legislation, court opinions, government publications, historical documents, research, public records, transcripts, and other primary sources.

We do not guarantee that every statement, quotation, statistic, citation, date, link, legal reference, public record, or interpretation will always be complete, current, or free from error.

Public information can change after content is recorded or published. Laws may be amended, court decisions may be reversed, websites may be updated, public officials may change positions, and later evidence may clarify earlier reporting.

Moral Clarity may correct or update content when appropriate but is not obligated to revise every previously published episode, article, post, transcript, or resource.

9. Primary Sources and Third-Party Material

Moral Clarity may quote, summarize, discuss, critique, or link to Scripture translations, government documents, public records, news reports, books, articles, speeches, videos, research studies, court opinions, legislation, and other third-party material.

Ownership of third-party material remains with the applicable author, publisher, agency, organization, platform, or rights holder.

A quotation, citation, link, embed, or reference does not mean that the source endorses Moral Clarity or that Moral Clarity endorses every view expressed by the source.

10. Fair Use and Commentary

Moral Clarity may use limited portions of copyrighted material for purposes such as criticism, commentary, teaching, scholarship, news discussion, analysis, and public education.

Whether a particular use qualifies as fair use depends on the facts and circumstances of that use. Moral Clarity does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is quoted, displayed, discussed, or referenced.

A rights holder who believes that material has been used improperly may contact info@moralclarity.com.

11. External Links and Embedded Content

This website may link to or display content from external websites, YouTube, podcast services, social-media platforms, government websites, publishers, research institutions, news organizations, and other third parties.

Moral Clarity does not control the accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, advertising, products, services, or content of third-party websites and platforms.

Visitors access external content at their own discretion and should review the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

12. Interviews and Guest Statements

Guests are responsible for their own statements, claims, opinions, recollections, and representations.

Moral Clarity may question, challenge, contextualize, edit, or fact-check guest statements, but the publication of an interview does not guarantee that every guest statement is accurate or endorsed.

Edited recordings may be shortened for clarity, length, production quality, or relevance without intending to distort the speaker’s meaning.

13. Viewer and Reader Submissions

Questions, comments, testimonies, topic suggestions, and other submissions reflect the views of the individual submitting them.

Moral Clarity does not independently verify every submission and is not responsible for false, incomplete, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful material submitted by a user.

Moral Clarity may decline to publish, edit, remove, anonymize, or disregard submissions at its discretion.

14. Sponsorships, Affiliates, and Material Relationships

Moral Clarity may occasionally feature sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, partners, books, events, services, or products.

When Moral Clarity receives payment, free products, commissions, discounts, services, or another material benefit connected to a recommendation or endorsement, an appropriate disclosure will be made where required.

A sponsorship or affiliate relationship does not relieve visitors of the responsibility to evaluate a product, service, organization, or claim for themselves.

15. No Guaranteed Results

Moral Clarity does not guarantee any particular political, spiritual, personal, professional, financial, legal, social, or civic result from using the website or applying its content.

Outcomes depend on many factors beyond the control of Moral Clarity, including individual decisions, changing circumstances, third-party conduct, applicable law, and the accuracy of information available at the time.
